Cumbie & Trull is a full service real estate school offering all of the courses required to get and maintain a North Carolina Real Estate license. There are many factors to consider when choosing a real estate school. State Licensing Exam pass rate is one thing. Our state licensing exam pass rate between 07/01/2009 and 06/30/2010 is 85% based upon 40 out of 47 candidates who took the state licensing exam for the 1st time.
Here are some other factors you may want to consider: * No Pre-Payment required to register. Let us know you're coming and we'll register you. You can choose to pay the 1st day of class. * Walk-Ins welcome at no additional charge. CE classes, particularly in May through June 10th, do fill-up so we encourage you to check ahead during those times. * Start a Prelicensing class with only $100 down. Just pay in full by the class exam. * Advance scheduling so you can plan ahead. * Classes not cancelled for lack of enrollment. You can count on us because so many loyal students return and refer their friends and associates to us. * Up-to-date & relevant information provided. “Real estate firms are actively looking for agents," states Bill Graham, co-owner with his wife, Beth Graham, of Cumbie and Trull School of Real Estate, in Innsbruck Mall on Tunnel Road. Graham, in charge of administration, fields many phone calls from firms seeking qualified agents. Trull points out, “Though the economy and real estate market have been slow, there has been a definite upturn. We’ve just experienced the 4th straight month where sales of new homes have increased. Those taking classes to become agents now tell us that they want to get a jump on the inevitable bounceback in Western NC real estate.”
Cumbie & Trull is unique in that it doesn’t require prepayment for classes. “These are tough times”, Graham notes. “We don’t want to make anyone part with their money any sooner than they need to. We also work diligently to provide accurate information and good service to anyone who calls or walks through our doors.”
