The BICAR Course is required, along with the Mandatory Update, for all Brokers-in-Charge who want to remain BIC's or BIC eligible. Topics include Alternate Financing, Compensation Disclosures from Dual Agent, Lead-Based Paint Renovation Requirements, and Broker-in-Charge Requirements.
