We strive to not cancel classes for any reason as rescheduling is challenging for everyone. However, we expect you to use your own judgment when roads may be affected by weather.

In the event of poor weather, we will make a decision regarding classes and, if we decide to cancel classes, we will record a phone message by 7:00 am for daytime classes and by 4:00 pm for evening classes. We will also post any class cancellations on our website by those times. No change in the phone message means that classes will be held as scheduled.

If we do cancel a class, the make-up day for that class will be the following Sunday, weather permitting. If you are unable to attend the make-up class, we will work with you to get the material you missed however, you will not be able to make-up any hours missed.

We recommend that you make arrangements to have someone take notes for you in the event of any absence.
